Consultation & Assessment
It needs to be completed face-to-face, therefore in person or virtually. This step is vital in understanding your convenience, goals, past & present results, and where you're beginning from. An array of testing is required in this stage that will depend upon many variables, and I cannot offer a completely tailored solution without it.

Personal Plan
The significant advantage is the usability, with personal plans beginning at $25 per week. Linked to Coach Avison through TrainHeroic, it is as if I am with you in every session with the individualised comments, exercise videos and progressive overload techniques moulded into each plan and assessed weekly.
